For women in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, traveling to the coast and boarding our boat is likely closer, more affordable, and less time-consuming than traveling to a state where abortion remains legal. In addition, our surgical abortions, which allow for a quick return to normal activities, are a smart alternative to medical abortions, also known as the abortion pill, which induces a miscarriage at home with heavy bleeding, and intense uterine contractions, sometimes lasting two weeks.
Cost
Our offshore abortion services cost $1500 and include:
- offshore surgical abortion
- onshore aftercare
- one night's hotel accommodations
Get Started
Our abortion process is simple and fast. The process begins when you complete the patient registration form below. Upon receiving your information, we will assign a patient advocate to work with you from registration through aftercare. It typically takes 3 to 7 days from submitting your patient registration until your abortion procedure is performed.
Patient anonymity is one of the many benefits of our offshore abortion services. For example, we intentionally omitted government-assigned identification numbers such as driver's license, social security numbers, and home address from our patient registration form. To ensure that no bad actors get on board to prosecute or persecute our patients, your patient advocate will verify your identity through alternative means.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The abortion procedure is performed in federal waters out of reach of state laws.
How much is an offshore abortion?
Our offshore abortion services cost $1500 and include:
- offshore surgical abortion

When can I have my abortion?
It typically takes 3 to 7 days from the moment you complete our online patient registration form until your abortion procedure is performed.
What happens on the day of my abortion?
The day begins with a pre-board meeting at the hotel where we have booked your aftercare stay. This meeting will include a boat safety briefing and we will collect your emergency contact information. If you brought someone to support you, this is where they will stay during your offshore abortion voyage. After the meeting, we will transport you to the boat launch.
Upon arriving at the boat, you will be joined by other patients. We will conduct another boat safety briefing upon boarding, and you will be given wearable personal flotation devices (PFDs). Once everyone is boarded, we will begin our journey to federal waters, which usually takes less than 90 minutes. Our boats are climate-controlled with a large sofa-style seating area, 42-inch or larger display, a refrigerator, and microwave.
Upon reaching federal waters, the trained providers who perform your abortion will board the boat.
All abortions are performed below deck in private rooms.
Once all abortions have been performed, the trained providers will disembark, and we will begin the journey back to shore.
When we return to the boat launch, we will transport you to the hotel where we have booked your aftercare stay. We will provide you with an aftercare kit and access to an aftercare specialist who can assist you with questions throughout the day and evening. While we encourage you to stay at the complimentary aftercare hotel, it is at your discretion, and you may leave anytime.
Our typical round-trip shore-to-shore voyage is 5 hours.
How far into pregnancy can I get an abortion?
We offer surgical abortions for up to 20 weeks of pregnancy.
Can I bring someone with me to my abortion?
Currently, we are experiencing excess capacity for our offshore abortion services. Due to this, we are limiting boat passengers to patients and crew only. We are working to increase capacity and expect to modify this policy as soon as possible. If you brought someone to support you, they are welcome to stay at the complimentary onshore aftercare hotel we book for you while you are offshore.
Will anyone find out about my offshore abortion?
No. Our offshore model allows us to provide complete patient anonymity. We do not ask for any government issues identification numbers, such as their social security numbers, nor do we ask for home addresses.
